15 choirs, 7 categories (included gregorian chant), study tours, meetings with the artists, a great homage to Claudio Monteverdi in the 450th of his birth: these are the rich contents of the 65. edition of the International choral competition in Arezzo under the artistic direction of Lorenzo Donati. The jury (Ragnar Rasmussen, Gary Graden, Javier Busto, Luigi Marzola, Alexander Schweitzer, Carlo Pedini and Urša Lah) has already chosen the six best choirs that will compete this afternoon at 4 pm for the Grand Prix. They are the Vocapella from Innsbruck (Austria), the Beijing Philharmonic choir (China), the Mornington Singers (Ireland), Genova Vocal Ensemble (Italy), Uranienborg vokalensemble (Norway), the mixed choir Rezonans from Istanbul (Turkey).
