The 74th edition of the Guido d’Arezzo International Polyphonic Competition concludes with the announcement of the winners. In the presence of Lucia Tanti, Councilor for Institutional Relations with Universities, Families, and Schools for the Municipality of Arezzo; Artistic Director Luigi Marzola; Foundation General Director Luca Provenzani; and the ever-present Gruppo Musici della Giostra del Saracino, the Telkom University Choir (Indonesia)—conducted by Aldo Randy Ginting—was proclaimed the winner of the Gran Premio Città di Arezzo. This victory secures their automatic entry into the 2027 European Grand Prix for Choral Singing.
A special thank you to the international jury for their invaluable work throughout every stage of the competition: Virginia Bono (Argentina), Vincenzo Di Donato (Italy), Helena Fojkar Zupančič (Slovenia), Milan Kolena (Slovakia), Jani Sivén (Finland), Helene Stureborg (Sweden), and Dario Tabbia (Italy).
Congratulations to all the choirs and conductors who brought this edition of the Polifonico to life. See you next year!
